DUAL

LISENCED

Vanessa was born in Toronto, Ontario, where her family had recently moved after departing the picturesque province of Nova Scotia. Although retaining a deep connection with the mountains and rugged coastlines of Nova Scotia, she remains proud to have grown up and develop a successful business in Ontario’s thriving economy.

While her family is settled in South-Western Ontario, Vanessa visits Nova Scotia frequently throughout the year to visit family and assist in a growing housing market.

A personal dream of Vanessa’s was to investment in property. After acquiring property in Ontario and becoming a licensed mortgage broker with FSRA, Vanessa decided to embark on property and license acquisition in Nova Scotia.

"Nova Scotia is a province known for its natural beauty, strong sense of community, diverse culture, and booming economy. The cost of living is generally lower than in Ontario and it is a safe place to raise a family. It also offers many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and skiing, and has a good mix of urban and rural areas. It also has many quality educational institutions. These factors make it an attractive destination for those looking for a change of pace, a new career, or to stretch their budget further."
